More information about the event
Scope: | 5 SWS / 6 LP |
Lecturer: | Professor Stefan Soter |
Frequency: | winter semester |
Form of examination: | oral |
Prerequisites:
None
Objectives:
Students will master the mechanics of mechanical engineering (physics of wind, aerodynamics of rotor blades, structural design) for the operation of wind turbines. They also master electrical machines, the associated power electronics, the grid connection as well as the economic efficiency of wind turbines.
